Do you offer refunds or returns?
Designs and Expressions does not offer refunds or accept returns. Because most of our items are custom, once the design and consult are finalized, no changes can be made and no returns/refunds will be honored. In the event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will exchange the item or offer a store credit if that item is no longer in stock. We will only honor the exchange or store credit if we receive notification of the damaged or defective item within 24 hours of the delivered date via email at Info@DesignsandExpressions.com. The email must include a photo and explanation of the issue. Please keep in mind that all original tags and/or labels will need to be in place, as any items with the original tags and/or labels removed are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Once we contact you confirming the exchange or store credit, we must receive a return tracking number within 24 hours to honor the exchange or store credit. (Holidays and weekends will be taken into consideration)
May I cancel my order?
Designs and Expressions does not offer a cancellation option once the order has been confirmed and the design has been finalized.
May I swap out or exchange an item in my order?
Designs and Expressions does not offer a swap or exchange option unless the item has been received damaged or defective and is no longer in stock. Please contact us at Info@DesignsandExpressions.com if this is the issue.
May I return or exchange an item that is on sale?
All sale items are FINAL SALE!
Can I update my shipping information once the order has been placed?
PLEASE! Take your time when entering your billing and shipping address, email address, and telephone number during checkout. Due to the heavy volume of emails, this can not be changed once the order has been confirmed. Please check, and double check all of your information before you complete your purchase as we are not responsible once the order has been shipped to the shipping address listed on your order.
How can I find out when an item will be available or if an item has been restocked?
Please join our email list to be notified of availability, restocks, and discount codes.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Please allow 2-3 business days (not including Sundays or holidays) for items to ship once the order has been processed. This does not include pre-order items. If you have used the E-Check option through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
Can I still use the discount code if I did not enter it when I placed my order?
Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed. If you experience a problem with a discount code, contact us at Info@DesignsandExpressions.com BEFORE you place your order.
What do I do if my shipment shows delivered, but I have not received it?
If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact the carrier. Once it shows “DELIVERED”, it is now an issue with the carrier. Designs and Expressions would not be able to resolve or correct a carrier issue.
